Jeff is a graduate of the University of Virginia, with 11 years active duty as a US Navy Officer. During his Navy years, Jeff led organizations ranging from 8 to 1,900 people. Every command to which he was assigned won the Battle Efficiency award (think Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award for US Navy commands).
